Every account starts on Lite. To move to Plus or Premium, choose Upgrade in Finique under Settings ▸ Account. Nothing you've entered changes when you switch.

Yes. Lite has no time limit and needs no card. Move up only if you want more.
In Finique, open Settings ▸ Account and choose Upgrade. The Finique team approves the request and you get an email when it's done. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current month.
Nothing is deleted. Records above the new plan's limits stay visible and editable; you just can't add more until you upgrade again or delete some.
No. Finique never asks for bank passwords. Import a statement file from your bank or card, or add entries by hand.
No. Finique shows facts about your own money and suggests practical steps such as capping a category or building an emergency fund. It never recommends a specific fund, share or tax move.
Yes. Download everything you've stored from your account settings at any time. Deleting your account erases your data.
